AIC -as an Authorized Training Partner of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment , London, UK- has done a number of Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ) trainings in cooperation with Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (LPPI) or Indonesian Banking Development Institute and Pusat Pengembangan Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Indonesia (PPA-FEB-UI) or the Center for Accounting Development, the Faculty of Economics & Business, the University of Indonesia for those professionals wishing to take a global Islamic finance certification by taking IFQ examinations.
The CISI is the largest and most widely respected body for the securities & investment industry in the UK and in a growing number of financial centers globally. CISI has a global community of more than 40,000 members in 121 countries and last year more than 41,000 CISI exams were sat in 73 countries.
In addition, AIC has also offered an in-house preparation and review course for Bank Mandiri staff wishing to take some CISI examinations such as Fundamentals of Financial Services & International Introduction to Securities & Investment.
Apart from its latest training activities, in the year of 2015, AIC has signed the agreement with the Treedom Group, a luxury aromatic Oud oil manufacturer and supplier to the global fragrance and perfume market, to promote and market green investment product relating to Oud oil products.
Another agreement signed in 2015 is with a new startup technology company i.e. Executive Muslim, considered to be one of The 50 Most Innovative Global Muslim Startups 2015. This new startup, which will be offering services to professionals, companies, and charities to access a global market, will be launched soon, in which the CEO of AIC will be its Regional Director for South-East Asian Markets.
